Shipping policy

Standard shipping

Standard shipping is free to Canada and most supported US destinations. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico costs $8 USD. The available rate is confirmed at checkout.

Orders are processed in 2–4 business days. Estimated standard transit time is 15–25 business days after dispatch; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Mexico is not currently a supported shipping destination. Delivery availability and the final charge depend on the address entered at checkout.

Tracking

A shipping notification with tracking information is sent after dispatch. Contact support@jerseyroster.com if you need help tracking your order.

Package issues

For a shipment not received, or tracking marked delivered when the package is missing, contact us within 45 days of placing the order so we can investigate. If a package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us promptly with photos and your order number. Returns and exchanges are explained in our Refund Policy.
