How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 2–4 business days. Estimated standard transit time is 15–25 business days after dispatch; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

What does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free to Canada and most supported US destinations. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico costs $8 USD. The available rate is confirmed at checkout.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving an eligible item. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with their original tags. Personalized items are excluded from change-of-mind returns and exchanges; contact us if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Which items can I customize?

Selected soccer jerseys support custom names and numbers; shorts support a custom number only. Training wear, jackets, socks and accessories are not customizable. Contact support@jerseyroster.com before ordering to confirm your request.

How do I choose a size?

Sizing varies by product. Compare any provided garment measurements with a similar item that fits you. If a measurement or fit detail is missing, contact support@jerseyroster.com before ordering; do not assume a universal size-up rule.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Contact support@jerseyroster.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review the issue and explain the available resolution.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact support@jerseyroster.com as soon as possible. A change or cancellation may be unavailable once an order has been processed or shipped.
